Welcome to BonusBlog, operated by SUPERLEADS LLP. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the BonusBlog app and our services. By creating an account and using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use BonusBlog. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you declare under your sole responsibility that you meet this requirement. If this statement is false, BonusBlog assumes no responsibility for any consequences.
• Each person is entitled to one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person or on the same device is strictly prohibited.
• Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

3. User Obligations

• Do not use the app for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not attempt to manipulate results, contests, or app functions.
• Do not share login credentials with others.

4. Virtual Coins and Rewards

BonusBlog uses a virtual coin system that can be converted into Paysafecard codes, according to the rules displayed in the app. BonusBlog assumes no responsibility for how the user uses these codes after they are awarded.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Content

The app may display advertisements, including casino-type ads. BonusBlog does not guarantee and is not responsible for the services of promoted third parties.

6. Changes to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, contests, or these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the app after changes means that you accept the new conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

BonusBlog is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the app.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activities.

10. Non-Affiliation Statement

BonusBlog is not affiliated, associated, or endorsed by any TV station, media channel, or content producer. Any references are for informational purposes only.

11. User Conduct

• Any form of advertising for external platforms, applications, websites, or services on any BonusBlog channel (including within the app, chat, or community areas) is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in permanent account suspension.
• Any attempt to insult, denigrate, or use vulgar/abusive language towards the BonusBlog application, its community, or staff will also result in permanent account suspension.

Contest Rules

Below you will find the general rules and specific regulations for each contest available in BonusBlog.

General Rules for All Contests

• Participation is free.
• Users must have a verified account to participate.
• Any attempt at fraud, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of app errors will result in disqualification and deletion of the account.
• Prizes are awarded according to each contest description and are non-transferable.

1. Daily Wheel

• Available for free once per day for each user.
• For two additional daily spins, users must pay the coin amount displayed on the screen.
• Prizes may include coins, bonuses, or Paysafecard codes.

2. PRONO Contest

• Daily prediction contest where users must guess match results.
• Users must choose one option for each type of prediction.
• After the final result, users who correctly guess all available predictions receive prizes according to the published list.

3. Monthly Coins Contest

• Leaderboard based on the number of coins at the end of the month.
• The top users receive prizes according to the published list.

4. Monthly Placed Bets Contest

• Leaderboard based on the number of bets placed during the respective month.
• Only bets placed with coins are counted, NOT FREEBETS.
• Users with the most placed bets receive prizes according to the published list.
• Each placed bet must have the minim odd of 1.30.

5. Monthly Invited Friends Contest

• Leaderboard based on the number of eligible friends invited during the respective month.
• Invited friends must meet the eligibility requirements.
• Eligibility requirements: invited users must be active and reach at least SILVER level.

6. Reality Show Contest

• Special contest with unique rules announced before each edition.
• Users will be able to place bets with coins (maximum 10 coins per bet) on the displayed predictions. Coins won from Reality Show bets will be added to the contest leaderboard.

Prize Delivery and Winner Confirmation

BonusBlog aims to send all prizes to winners within 48 hours after the results are confirmed. However, in exceptional situations such as technical issues, verification delays, or third-party processing problems, delivery times may be extended up to a maximum of 30 days.

Winners of any cash prizes will receive a notification message via WhatsApp at the phone number associated with their account. After receiving this message, winners have a period of 48 hours to confirm the prize. Failure to confirm within this time frame will result in the cancellation of the prize.

Fraud Prevention and Prize Validation

BonusBlog reserves the right, in cases where we detect or suspect a violation of the rules, an attempted manipulation, or any irregular activity, to block, delay, or cancel the awarding of a prize to any user involved. Such measures may be applied even after the publication of results, if the verification process identifies potential abuses or actions that compromise the fairness of the contests.

All prize validations are subject to internal checks. BonusBlog’s decisions regarding suspected irregularities or fraud attempts are final and not subject to appeal.
